How To Make Cake Mix Cookies
I’ve been making cake mix cookies since I was a kid. The best part of these cookies is how versatile they are. While this recipe uses Halloween sprinkles and a white cake mix you can really use any cake mix and any mix-in!
To make cake mix cookies all you need to do is grab a cake mix, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of your favorite neutral oil (I usually use grapeseed oil), and your mix-ins. For mix-ins I like using sprinkles, chocolate chips, candies, or really anything that you enjoy in a cookie.
Once you have your ingredients to make your cake mix cookies you simple mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil. After that fold in your mix-ins and bake!
Some of the combinations I’ve made include these Halloween Funfetti Cookies, Christmas Funfetti Cookies, and Double Chocolate Peppermint Cookies.
For Halloween I highly recommend these Halloween Funfetti Cake Mix Cookies. Make them like the recipe below says or you can also add some chocolate chips, I often do a mix of some with chocolate chips and some without. White chocolate chips would also be delicious. You could also make this recipe with a yellow cake mix or a chocolate cake mix! Get creative!
